Libozzle may offer a service known as "Featured Ads" whereby users can pay a non-refundable fee to have their ads posted at specific locations on the Website and thus potentially more ads will be seen. You may be required to submit certain information through a third party service provider to purchase a Featured Ad, including without limitation, a third party payment service that may be subject to their own terms of use and other policies. Libozzle makes no representation or warranty as to the safety or security of information transmitted to any third party service provider. Your link to any third party service is entirely at your own risk, and Libozzle disclaims any liability in connection therewith.

Featured ads are subject to the terms listed below, as well as additional terms of service.

3. Behaviours

You agree not to place, host, display, upload, change, publish, transmit, update or share any information on the Site or make the Content available in the following cases:

• Violate any law or legal rules;

• Are copyrighted and patent protected by trade secrets or trademarks, including privacy and publicity rights, or are subject to other intellectual property or proprietary rights of a third party, including privacy and publicity rights unless you are the owner of those rights or have been granted obtain the permission or license of the rightful owner to post the material and to grant Libozzle all license rights granted herein;

• cases that contain software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or any other computer resource;

Situations that disrupt the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive number of messages (torrent attack) to the Service, or negatively affect the ability of other users to use the Service; or

Use any form of robotic device or computer program (sometimes referred to as “Pointing Tools”) that enables the use of the Libozzle “Pointing System” or other community control system without entering each tick manually by human intervention that begins with the signal (" automated flagging device”) or use any such tool to remove advertisements from competitors and other third parties or remove advertisements without the reasonable good faith that the flagged advertisement violates these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

9. Use any automated device or software that enables the submission of automatic postings on Libozzle without human intervention or authorship (an “automated posting device), including without limitation, the use of any automated posting device in connection with bulk postings or to provide automatic posting at times or fixed periods; or

10. Any uploaded content is subject to relevant laws. It may also be disabled and/or may be subject to investigation under appropriate laws. Further, if you are found to be in non-compliance with the laws, legal rules, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy of the Site, we may terminate your account/ban your access to the Site and we reserve the right to remove any non-compliant content uploaded by you.

4. Paid Publications

Libozzle may charge a fee to publish Content in some areas of the Service. The fee allows for certain content to be posted in a specific area of the site. Each party placing content on the Service shall be responsible for the said content and shall be responsible for complying with the Terms. Any such fee under this Agreement is non-refundable if any Content is removed from the Service due to a breach of these Terms. Additional terms relating to Paid Content in full will be stated in the applicable section(s).

5- Libozzle wallet

The Libozzle Wallet is a prepaid system used on the Libozzle platform that allows registered users to purchase credit or points that can be used to purchase services or products offered by Libozzle. Credits or points within the Libozzle Wallet are not redeemable for money, do not earn interest or profits and cannot be redeemed. The credit or points purchased automatically expire after one year from the date of purchase if not used and you agree to this and agree that: Only registered users are eligible to purchase credit and use the Libozzle Wallet All credit purchases in the Libozzle Wallet are final, irrevocable and not eligible for refund . Libozzle reserves the right to stop the sale of Libozzle Wallet Credits and/or change the cost, as well as the manner in which a Registered User can purchase, store and/or use Libozzle Wallet Credits at Libozzle's sole discretion. The conversion rate commission can be up to 6% which can be added to online payments and to convert the local currency from the base currency which is the US dollar. The registered user is entitled to use the Libozzle Wallet Credit to purchase any VAS Products and Services, Libozzle Services, or any other services that may be available in the future. Registered Users may not use Libozzle Wallet Credit to purchase products and services that are not offered by Libozzle or to purchase materials or services posted by other Libozzle Users. Once a user's account becomes inactive, deactivated or otherwise terminated, all Libozzle Wallet balances, if any, are automatically forfeited. Libozzle reserves the right to forfeit any Libozzle Wallet Balance which is believed to have been purchased or possessed directly or indirectly through fraudulent or illegal means without the need to provide notice and Libozzle shall not be liable in any way. If Libozzle believes or has reasonable evidence that the User has violated any of these Rules, other Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, Libozzle may:

(a) prohibit the use of the User's Libozzle Wallet balance; wow

(b) delete and/or modify the listing, paid advertisements and/or publications without the need to provide any prior notice. By using the Libozzle Wallet, you agree that: Libozzle may, at any time and without prior notice, update, change and/or discontinue part or all of (i) any of its content or services, including the Libozzle Wallet;

and (ii) these terms and conditions. Any update, change or termination shall be effective immediately upon its posting or implementation on any Platform or Service. Libozzle reserves its absolute right to monitor, remove, manage, modify and/or organize a portfolio

Libozzle, its content, services, technology, platform and all related matters as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion and Libozzle shall have no liability whatsoever in exercising these rights. Libozzle has the right to conduct an audit of User's Libozzle Wallet accounts in order to investigate system errors or confirm any reported or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions or any of Libozzle's policies, rules and regulations Any dispute relating to Libozzle Wallet must be reported to Libozzle within twenty-four (24) hours from the time it is discovered The problem is by the user. 6. Publishing agents

Libozzle may provide portions of the RSS Service, for the purpose of integrating individual RSS feeds into the Personal website, blog or display of posts through third-party software news aggregators Libozzle allows you to display any RSS feeds on your website, extract it and link it to any such RSS feed on your personal website or blog, provided that (a) it is Your use of the RSS feed is solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, (b) correctly associate each headline within the RSS feed to the original position on the Service and redirect the user to a posting position when the user clicks on it (c) provide in a clear manner, correct attribution to Libozzle as the source of the RSS feed (d) Your use or display of the RSS feed does not indicate that Libozzle promotes or endorses any third party causes, opinions, ideas, websites, products or services (c) does not redistribute the RSS feed. Libozzle reserves all rights in and to any RSS feeds provided through the Service and any content thereof, and Libozzle may terminate any RSS feeds at any time without prior notice. Use of the Service outside of the scope of authorized access as provided in these Terms immediately terminates any permission or license granted herein. 8. Notice of Violation

Libozzle is not responsible for any infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights, arising from material posted or transmitted through the Website or material advertised on the Website by end users or any other third parties.

If any provision or provisions of these Terms are held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms shall not be affected in any way or be harmed.
